Waverly Dental (Dallas, TX)
There’s usually nothing glamorous about going to the dentist - until now! I finally checked out Waverly Dental across the street from West Village and had a wonderful experience. My teeth are on the sensitive side so like many of you, going to the dentist isn’t something I look forward to. Waverly is more of a spa for your mouth instead of your typical dentist office. The pictures speak for themselves, but the decor is top notch and it is overall a very calming environment to get your teeth cleaned, checked and whitened. I also love that they’re open on weekends, because typical dental offices aren’t so you don’t have to worry about taking a day off from work.
I had the Enlightenment treatment, which is their signature approach to cleaning and brightening. My visit started off with some x-rays, then one of their in-house dentists checked my teeth and one of their dental hygienists cleaned my teeth thoroughly. Ask for Brandy, she was the best!
After my teeth were cleaned, it was time for Zoom whitening. Since my teeth are super sensitive, Zoom whitening is usually very painful and hurts for a few days after. This time around it was much more enjoyable, and they used a de-sensitizer before the whitening so I didn’t feel a thing!
