Salon Spotlight: BAM Beauty Bar

Let’s talk about getting glam at BAM-one of my favorite things! BAM Beauty Bar is my go-to place in Dallas for my blowout and makeup needs. BAM is located in West Village and has been open for three years. They have a highly trained staff who use top of the line products like Balmain, T3, Dyson and more. Whenever I get a blowout, it lasts for days and whenever I get my makeup done, it looks flawless on-camera and lasts for hours!

The BAM Experience:
BOOKING: I typically book online as far out in advance as I can, but sometimes I have to book the day before if something comes up. BAM always accommodates appointment times so I’ve never had a long wait…which is important when you have an event to get to!
SLEEK & CHIC SALON: BAM is SO chic! As you can see from the photo above, everything is always so clean and well taken care of. I love how it is decorated - it makes me feel like I’m in a fancy salon in Paris! Their customer service is top notch (shout out to Fay at the front desk!). There is always someone there to answer the phone and serve you a mimosa with a smile when you arrive for your appointment!
GREAT PRODUCTS: I touched on this earlier, but the products used at BAM are incredible. They make your hair so soft and long lasting… I’ve purchased some for my own use at home! My favorite products are the ash toner, dry shampoo and purple shampoo / conditioner. They also use Dyson Supersonic dryers for sleek and quick blowouts and T3 styling tools for when you want straight, wavy or curly hair. They also sell makeup products as well! Their BAM matte liquid velvet lipstick is a fan favorite & they have new summer shades that are a huge hit. Can’t make it to the salon? You can shop their hair and makeup products here.
SWEET & TALENTED STYLISTS: The talented staff at BAM is the sweetest! No matter who is doing my hair or makeup, they always do such a wonderful job and I have a fun time chatting with them.

MY GO TO: When I have an event or a shoot, I book the “BAM Blowout” and “Bespoke” for makeup. On most occasions, I’m able to get my hair and makeup done at the same time which is a huge time saver- plus you feel like Kim K. with your own glam squad! I’ve also done “Blink” & “Bat-worthy” which is full eye makeup, lashes and all.
